Fuck! I need to BLOW, I want to BLOW!!! Yes, I NEED TO FUCKING BLOW......A cigarette that is  for years I have been smocking around 6 per day, I decided I need it to cut it down, went to 4 per day, then 3. Now slowly trying to cut as much as I can, trying to forget about it, but this is the hardest part, I did not had a cigarette yesterday, today is almost 2pm and have not had one. I am not trying to quick 100% just don't smoke as much, but if I can get away with it. then that is even better, my body feels restless, I have notice I been eating a little more then normal, cause every time the habit comes into my mind, I try to get distracted to get rid of the urge, sometimes I eat just to feel something in my mouth, drink water or get in here and blog, I also get online and do things that I love, like looking at shoes and clothes online, that helps me kill the urge. cause when I am looking at clothes and shoes, hell, they sky can fall and I would not even care  IT IS FUCKING HARD, but I gonna keep trying. First off cause is not good for my health, second, they are freaking expensive. third, I honestly don't like the smell of cigarette, so I am not even sure why I smoke. Maybe I can keep it to only have a cigarette after some good SEX  How much is a pack of cigarette where you live?, that if you are smoker Here in VA where I live they are $5 a pack, but if you go a little north, or in DC, they are way more, like $7 per pack I think. way too much money.  |

That's Crazy.., $7 for a pack of smokes. I don't smoke, however, I remember when they were under a buck! Maybe you should try the vapor thing. Of course, I don't know if that is any cheaper..., but they say it's somewhat better for you..., what ever that means. : ) Anyhow, I'm waving at you from down here in Fredericksburg.  AJ

Hey, helping folks who want to stop smoking cigarettes is a huge campaign of mine. Anything I can say or do to help, just let me know! Never got the habit myself, save for when I'd go to bars and get my fill of secondhand smoke. The ban on smoking in bars has been wonderful for my lungs, but terrible for my liver. A pack here runs between $12 and $15. With all the premium chocolate in the world, why would I want to take up smoking? Chocolate laced with pepper is immensely orally satisfying. Good luck... keep us updated! As an ex smoker... Addictions (Including Coffee) often are part of routines... The five beers after work when you come home.. The Smoke after sex.. One suggestion is to designate a certain time of the day when you have ONE smoke.... After dinner..... at lunch Time .... Create a routine... I also suggest with a smirk - solving your oral addition by replacing cigarettes ...you chose how I can always replaced mi addiction of blowing cigarette with blowing a dick, but for that my bf would have to be here every freaking day

When the next urge strikes slowly slide your hand between your thighs brush up against your clit gently yet enough to feel it breath... relax...do you still crave the cigarette if no move on if yes close your eyes rub your clit harder slide a finger into your moisture take your hand and raise it to your lips suck your wetness off your finger Now doesn't that taste better then that nasty old cigarette... If this still isnt working call me...maybe I need to make a house call

They're about nine or almost nine bucks a pack here, depending on where you buy them. It is one of the worst habits to try to quit though. sure hope it works out for you. I've been trying for a year and still can't get there.

I gave up smoking years ago and am very thankful that I did. The cost of a pack of 25 cigarettes here in Australia is now over $25.
